Working as Principal Contractor we carried out all demolition and associated works on this prominent Central London project. Located alongside the Regents Canal, GLD dismantled the lower level buildings before disassembling a six storey residential block. Greater London Demolition had numerous party walls to negotiate as well as providing close liason with many local residents affected by the works. Greater London Demolition removed all asbestos material before performing an intricate soft strip of the buildings. Once the demolition was complete all hard-standings and demolition arisings were removed from site for recycling.
