Façade retention is the removal and renewal of the buildings insides – internal walls, floors and columns etc whilst retaining the outer skin of the building. 

Facade retention schemes are increasingly being used as a means of providing modern accommodation for commercial and industrial buildings whilst preserving the external architectural features.

To ensure that buildings, including those with listed status, are given a new lease of life we can assist developers with bespoke propping systems. This will enable us to dismantle the inside of the building leaving the outer skin. This will often add value to the site, both financially and visually, whilst keeping the character intact.
